I had a fully ducted system put into my home.
Although not the cheapest quote, I went with them on gut feeling because of the sales guy that gave me the quotation.
I am delighted with the results.
They turned up at 7.00am as promised. All of the men were very professional, polite, courteous and a pleasure to have in my home.All were clean and tidy in themselves and when finished at abut 4.00pm, they left my home spotless after vacume cleaning throughout.
They are a credit to the company.
I have been involved in customer service for 50 years and expect a reasonable level of service. Eastern Aiir Conditioning excells in this area.

Johnny was awesome, I would highly recommend this company 2 anyone wanting a new AC or a repair 2 an existing ac unit. Johnny was so professional, upfront and honest. Most of all he got my ducted AC unit back up and running after previous companies advised my AC was 2 old 2 repair, plus advising me the best options 2 heat and cool my bedroom. Total legend. I will def be using Johnny when I need a new ducted air conditioner fitted out.

The old air conditioning unit had had it and they replaced it with a new one - they sent 3 very nice and capable men and though it took quite a few hours :)- the end result was great and they left everything spotlessly clean ... would definitely recommend
